Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sparky’s Citizens, we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery or shipping timeframes. Any estimated delivery dates provided are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

All shipments are subject to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, customs clearance procedures, border protection agencies, shipping carriers, logistics providers, weather conditions, acts of nature, and any laws, regulations, restrictions, or delays imposed by the country of origin or destination.

Sparky’s Citizens shall not be held liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by these external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sparky’s Citizens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Sparky’s Citizens is not liable for packages lost or stolen due to incorrect addresses, unsecured delivery locations, or carrier-related delivery confirmations. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating their shipment when possible.

Returns – Condition & Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, tags, and components (if applicable).

Customers are encouraged to take clear photos and/or videos of the item immediately upon receipt. This documentation may be required to assess and determine eligibility for a return and/or refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Sparky’s Citizens reserves the right to deny a return and/or refund, if the returned item is received damaged due to improper packaging or is not in its original condition.
