Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at natachadesroches2@gmail.com. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Customers are encouraged to take clear photos and/or videos of the item immediately upon receipt. This documentation may be required to assess and determine eligibility for a return and/or refund.
Condition & Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny a return or a refund, if the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging or is not in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items (including final sale items) or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within approximately 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
